Description
See MB-18452, MB-18453 and CBSE-2414 - we have seen instances where the default number of nonIO threads is insufficient to stay on top of all ready tasks.
We do need to better understand why the threads are so busy - I've created MB-19791 to investigate one particular scenario where half of a front-end worker thread managed to tie up all 2 nonIO threads - however a more short-term improvement is to simply increase the default number of nonIO threads.
