end_seqno of the DCP client stream request could be reduced and hence the request may not rollback ever

    Description

      Due to http://10.5.2.251/source/xref/3.1.5/ep-engine/src/dcp-producer.cc#181 and/or http://10.5.2.251/source/xref/3.1.5/ep-engine/src/dcp-producer.cc#185 we may reduce the end_seqno of the DCP stream request.

      Hence in scenarios where rollback is the right behavior, we could fail the stream request at http://10.5.2.251/source/xref/3.1.5/ep-engine/src/dcp-producer.cc#189 before asking the client to rollback.
