cluster hang when create a bucket due to crash in memcached

    Description

      Run test -t view.viewquerytests.ViewQueryTests.test_employee_dataset_all_queries,limit=1000,docs-per-day=2,wait_persistence=true,timeout=1200
      After form cluster with 4 nodes, cluster was in hang state after create a default bucket.
      Error in log

      Port server memcached on node 'babysitter_of_ns_1@127.0.0.1' exited with status 71. Restarting. Messages: Tue Jun 14 12:18:59.460690 PDT 3: Restarting file logging

      Same test ran in 3.1.5 and it passed.
