Disable web UI on port 18091

    Description

      Customers would also like a knob to disable web UI on port 18091. This way, by disabling the UI on port 8091, and on 18091, there is no web UI access. This is a requirement.

      Currently, there is an option to disable web UI over port 8091. Customer would like to request another ns_server config option to disable web UI even over port 18091.
