    Description

The following error was printed in the indexer logs when running the 2i test robot.

2016-07-06T12:27:06.117-07:00 [Error] CompactionDaemon: Index instance:2794364774291291164 Compaction failed with reason - FDB_RESULT_HANDLE_BUSY

This indicates sharing of handles between multiple threads and is an incorrect use of forestdb api.
It would be great if we can ensure that there is no sharing of handles across threads when issuing forestdb calls.
      indexer is on commit..
