epeng/fdb, crash in forest db when running dcp observe test

    Description

      Running the daily sanity dcp observe test with "toy build 5" http://server.jenkins.couchbase.com/job/watson-toy/608/ there are crashes in forest db.

      The DCP observe test does observe under load and times the responses.

      This happens during the access phase with about 30K ops/sec. In the case for the attached logs the server .44 has the memcached issues.
