upgrading from 4.1 to 4.5 with delta node recovery, can not create index

After upgrading from 4.1 to 4.5 with delta node recovery, can not create index.

1.) upgrade the cluster with indexes from 4.1 to 4.5 using delta node recovery
a.) remove node with graceful failover
b.) upgrade removed node
c.) using recover option to add node back into cluster.
d.) do this for all nodes in cluster to upgrade

2.) After cluster upgraded to 4.5, nodes can not have indexes created on them. New 4.5 nodes can.
