    Description

Currently you have to run Moxi with the "-Z usr=<user>,pwd=<pass>" arguments in order to get binary and SASL to work at all.

I'd like to ask that we make it "easier" for the user to get this done...I think the above may be less than intuitive and will only lead to support calls.

Could we either use: "./moxi http://<user>:<pass>@<host>:8080..." or "./moxi -u <user>:<pass>" like many other systems?

      Thanks
