CLONE - HTTPS Admin UI / SSL REST API doesn't work for certain clients such as Chrome v50 and later

8:13 AM Is anyone else having issues with SSL on 4.5 Beta (windows installation)?  Mine seems to be nonfunctional.  I've even tried using OpenSSL s_client to connect to port 18091 and it's disconnecting without completing the SSL handshake (edited)
