covering indexes do not work with collection expressions

The collection operators FIRST, ARRAY, ANY, EVERY, and ANY AND EVERY do not work with covering indexes if there is a condition in the collection operator.

The ScopeValue in the collection operator needs to inherit annotations from the current item.
