[FTS] UI: Enable index replication via FTS UI

    Description

      Today, the option to create an index replica requires reindexing, and it also requires going down into the advanced index settings today (there's no UI option for it at all).

      Really, this is a maintenance task that might be done by an administrator, so it should be possible to create or remove replicas with a checkbox, like you can do with bucket replicas.
