Error shown after creating bucket

Right after we create a bucket, the user gets returned to the cluster overview screen, which tries to get details for all the buckets. It sometimes gets a 404 for the new bucket, possibly because the stats archiver for that bucket hasn't started yet, and this causes it to log an error and show the pink error box.

We should probably either delay generating this screen until all the buckets are available or just eat the 404 error.
