Login page has character limit of 24 characters but elsewhere this limit doesn't exist.

    Description

      Customer reports they had an existing cluster. Once upgraded to 4.5 they can only get in via the Admin UI by creating a new node and "join existing cluster" in the configuration console. When trying to log in directly via the Admin UI on any of the upgraded 4.5 nodes they can not due to 24 character limitation (they have long passwords).
