rebalance failed in beta3.1/refresh after server add, delete_vbucket timeout

Attaching a diag soon.

Had 2 servers, A & B, and trying repeated add/rebalance/remove/rebalance, while under memcachetest load.

No vbucketmigrator processes seen on either server after the rebalance fail.

In the web console ui log screen...
