travel-sample bucket failed to create indexes in OSX Sierra 10.12

    Description

      Install Couchbase Server 4.5.1-2838 on a macbook with OSX 10.12.
      Couchbase Server starts as expected.
      Go through initialization to set up the node with travel-sample bucket.
      Loader loads data into bucket but failed to create indexes.
      Saw warning message saying that
      "Warning: Cannot communicate with indexer process. Information on indexes may be stale. Will retry"
