    Description

      For a while now we have described TAP as "deprecated". Yet the codebase still carries the TAP code as "baggage", adding extra effort and complexity for the changes we make. The proposal is to remove this code in Spock from KV_Engine and (possibly) ns_server, UI, tools and any other components that would benefit from its removal. The assertion is that no one is dependent on the presence of TAP in Spock.
