windows moxi doesn't connect

Using 1.6.0beta3.1-15...

With the new zstored / nonblocking connect() code, we get "SERVER_ERROR proxy write to downstream" errors all the time from moxi.

It appears windows/winsock doesn't support non-blocking connect() in the same way that linux works (via EINPROGRESS). Windows might be returning WSAEWOULDBLOCK instead, although this needs more research.

A quick fix would be to have windows using plain-old blocking connect().
