[Spock UI] : Add id/class/name attributes to UI elements in the new UI

This is a tracking bug for the request from the QE team to add either of the following attributes with meaningful values to the UI elements. Having these attributes with unique values, Selenium can reliably identify the UI elements and perform actions, increasing the stability of the UI test suite.
