    Description

      Add the following functions.

      CLOCK_UTC
      CLOCK_TZ
      NOW_UTC
      NOW_TZ

      And the following aliases for existing functions. (This would be done in func_registry.go).

      CLOCK_LOCAL
      MILLIS_TO_LOCAL
      MILLIS_TO_TZ
      NOW_LOCAL
      STR_TO_TZ
