RBAC Support in Data Bucket - Allow read only access

With Couchbase 4.5 RBAC, Read-only administrator can read the bucket configuration but not able to access to the data within the bucket.

The bucket can be password protected. User has access to the bucket have full privilege to add / update / delete data in the bucket. There is no mechanism to provide user with data read only access to the bucket.
