[CX] Create bucket improvements

The CREATE BUCKET statement current takes that name for the CB bucket to connect to from the "bucket" field in the WITH record. It should take it from the "name" field.
Also the WITH records should continue to accept the "bucket" field, if the "name" field is not available and emit a warning, if the "bucket" filed is used.
Further, we should raise an error for unsupported fields in the WITH RECORD.
