1. Add the following warning to the upper right hand side of the Query Workbench that's started on port 8095
Couchbase Analytics is a developer preview. Use only in test environments. For support or feedback, visit the Couchbase forum.
Note that I pointed that to the "other products forum" but I've asked to get a dedicated analytics forums set up.
2. Add a Couchbase favicon. The one Couchbase Server ships with is called favicon.ico and can be found here if you have a local Couchbase Server instance running: http://localhost:8091/favicon.ico?v=2
