[CBAS] Roll-over logs daily and/or after reaching a configured size.

On my local installation of CBAS, within 24 hours, the cc.log grew to 264 MB. There should be a mechanism to auto roll-over the log files with the date change and/or if they exceed a pre-configured size. With end-users going to use CBAS longer and heavily, the file size is going to pose problems.
