Need to prevent user from "overloading" port number

    Description

      Currently you can create two buckets with the same port as their access control. It seems that only the first one remains active but no warning is thrown.

      This will likely confuse users and be hard to diagnose. Please prevent users from configuring a new bucket on the same port as an already configured bucket.
