New Memcached Bucket Size/quota GUI

    Description

      As per my email we need to make memcached bucket size be set per node.

      Where it currently says Dynamic RAM Quota the text needs to say:

      Please note: Memcached bucket are configured with a per-node amount of memory. Total bucket memory will change as nodes are added/removed.

      Per Node RAM Quota: xxxx MB
      Total bucket size = yyy MB (xxx MB x z nodes) [Bucket Quota bar graph. "This Bucket" shows yyyy]

      The "Per Node RAM Quota" field needs to be un-editable and greyed out when editing an already created bucket!
