Backport MB-21552 to 4.6.0 - MOI memory steady increasing with constant number of items

    Description

      We would like to backport MB-21552 fix from Spock to 4.6.0 but need a test to reproduce this scenario and verify data correctness. Please create a rollback test in GSI test suite with data verification step. Please rollback several times in the test to reproduce the memory leak and also verify data correctness is not lost at any point in the test.
