ui: Cluster Overview page isn't fixed w.r.t other pages

    Description

      channeling steve jobs or james phillips here on "fit & finish...

      using firefox, make your browser wide enough so there's no issues with scrollbars.

      Click on the various left-hand-side menu options ("Cluster Overview", Servers, Data Buckets, etc)

      All the menu items (except for "Cluster Overview") correctly keep the left menu and top logo in the same pixel location.

      Only Cluster Overview shifts the UI perceptibly a bit, even though there's plenty of horizontal space.
