    Description

Following the discussion in MB-21599 it was determined that, for emergency situations it will be useful to allow the customers to restore from a backup and re-generate the CAS (i.e. the timestamp) on all docs. This would be helpful in situations where the live / active data set contains mutations with a timestamp far in the future that are difficult to repair.

This mechanism is prone to accidental misuse so it is suggested that its implementation is not documented and not supported - to be used under Couchbase's guidance only.

MB-21599 contains details of the special flags to use with set_with_meta to request the CAS be regenerated.
