    Description

      Placeholder for support of ephermal bucket.
      1) for checkpointing, it makes a CAPI call to check seqno persistence. This call should be avoided with ephermal bucket
      2) For ephermal bucket, tombstone can be very short (couple of minutes). Need to make sure XDCR checkpoint can be short too to avoid frequent backfill.
