RBAC for Applications: Audit Trail

Couchbase Server supports already RBAC for Admins. This includes an audit trail for admin activities. It's planned that future versions are supporting RBAC for Applications. This feature request is about having an audit trail for Bucket users. The auditing should span RBAC for Application supported Services, e.g.:

• Query
• KV
• FTS

The following information needs to be accessible:

• Who: Which user performed an access?
• What: Wich kind of access was it and which data was accessed?
• When: When was the access performed?

Think it would be good to allow to configure the granularity of auditing because it seems to be quite expensive to log an entry for every key which was accessed by an application.
