    Description

      The current proposal is as follows:

      1. We will allow setting the minimum auto-failover timeout to 30 seconds for CE and 5 seconds for EE.

      2. If the auto-failover timeout is set to less than 30 seconds than we will display some sort of warning which is to be determined.
