Collect information gives error when clicked from UI

    Description

      1. Installed  4.7.0-1406  using testrunner install script.
      		 
      2. Selected  Standard Global Secondary Indexes as indexer storage mode.
      		 
      3. Clicked on collect information in UI, I see the screen in attached screenshot where 
      4. After sometime the following message is displayed, attaching screenshot for that too.Also attaching logs.
