Query Tab in UI: autocomplete for bucket-names does not reset when new buckets are created in the cluster

    Description

      1. Install a new version of couchbase on an existing couchbase cluster with bucketnames :A and B
      		 
      2. create new bucket named C and load some data.
      		 
      3. The new bucket C are shown in  Bucket Analysis column.
      		 
      4. Try running select * from <Autocomplete bucketname> in query ui. 
      5. Autocompletion shows A,B and C bucket names. It should only show C.
      		 
      6. After refreshing UI, the autocomplete shows only C.
