[CX] Lay out plan for long running tests

We need some longer running tests to

• ensure that the system keeps running
• monitor resource usage over time
• monitor performance over time

There should be

• a continuous upsert workload on CB,
• continuous ingestion into CBAS, and
• a continuous query workload.
  The query workload should use
• a small fixed number of small queries running at the same time in
• a closed system (fixed number of clients).
  And we need to display/analyze data.

This task is to determine specifics about the data/ workload and display/analysis of the data and to file issue for individual tasks.
