Dismiss alerts from all nodes if user dismisses from one node

    Description

      If alerts were dismissed from one node of the cluster. Web cache of all the other nodes should be updated.

      Currently users are being alerted of events that occurred long time ago when logged into the Admin Console since alerts were not dismissed from that node.
