Spock UI :"Servers Failed Over" in Dashboard is left aligned instead of center

Spock UI :"Servers Failed Over" in Dashboard is left aligned instead of center.

Also couple of things that I think we were doing better in the Old UI

1) "Servers Failed Over" Text was in Red which would catch the eye implying something is going wrong. Its in blue in the new UI.

2) The red badges(in the old UI ) indicating no of servers failed over and no of servers pending failover also would have the same effect on the end user(even though the no is available next to the text).
