Store XATTRs in a separate IO vector

This allows for the underlying engine to preserve xattr's between mutations instead of having the front-end do that.. (which results in an extra fetch before any kind of mutations (not just for ADD / REPLACE) to check if any XATTRs exist for the key and merge them into the new value.
