GoXDCR should set the User Agent String for REST requests

    Description

      Currently GoXDCR does not set the User Agent String when making REST requests, leaving it as the default of Go-http-client/1.1. This makes it very difficult to debug issues where the cluster is receiving XDCR.

      As in MB-22507, it would be useful to have more information here, for example:

      • The remote cluster's UUID.
      • The remote cluster's version.
      • The remote cluster's replication UUID.
      • Any other identifying info that can reasonably be added.
