N1QL CURL should explicitly state the CB version in User Agent

    Description

      In addition to the general request in MB-22515, the User Agent should explicitly state the sending Couchbase Server version, rather than (just) the N1QL version.
      This is going to be vital for debugging issues where N1QL CURL is being aimed at a CB cluster.
