[Spock UI] - Can't copy document metadata

      Description

      When viewing/editing a document in our UI, we now show the metadata but it cannot be copied.  I can highlight it, but there is no copy option.  This may prove necessary for troubleshooting purposes and "should" be relatively easy to enable?

          Build 5.0.0-3332
          Now able to copy metadata while viewing document in UI by right click and copy or using cmmand+c.
