Make Developer Build evident in the Couchbase UI

    Description

      We should make Developer Builds should be evident in the couchbase web UI. If support gets a call, they should quickly be able to identify developer builds.

      Proposal : Re-use cluster name field, and set to "Couchbase Server Pre-Release" for Developer Builds and Beta period.
