moxi doesn't pass an empty password through

centos 5.4 32bit

1) create a new bucket (either type), with password field empty

2) using a binary client try to access that bucket through moxi
./stats localhost:11211 all sasl bucket ""
auth fails

3) using a binary client try to access that bucket directly
./stats localhost:11210 all sasl bucket ""
works
