Shouldn't require auth for default bucket's JSOn

This is right after installation, I did not change any of the default configuration.

I doesn't look like moxi problem. The default bucket is missing. And either you try to run smart client or we're spawning per-port moxi for default bucket. Weird.

More importantly, running moxi against the server return bad config
[root@t2 ~]# /opt/membase/moxi/bin/moxi -v -u root http://10.2.1.13:8080/pools/default/bucketsStreaming/default

2010-09-25 23:20:09: (agent_config.c.823) ERROR: invalid config from REST server

Curl http://10.2.1.13:8080/pools/default/bucketsStreaming/default returns empty result.
I installed 10.2.1.14 and before setting it up curl return a map. After adding it to the cluster, curl return empty result.

Steve, can you look at it?
