    Description

I would like us to consider changing the name of the N1QL cURL function added by MB-21637 to something either more generic like HTTP or something Couchbase unique before 5.0 Ships to GA.   The function is not an implementation of cURL and will lead to confusion to end users.  The actual cURL utility is far more extensive and can actually interact with a wide range of protocols, (DICT, FILE, FTP, FTPS, GOPHER, HTTP, HTTPS, IMAP, IMAPS, LDAP, LDAPS, POP3, POP3S, RTMP, RTSP, SCP, SFTP, SMB, SMBS, SMTP, SMTPS, TELNET and TFTP) and various types of authentication and network options.  If an end user reports an issue with cURL on the forums or a customer opens a support case reporting a problem with cURL (which we use extensively already today), we will need to ask every time do they mean cURL or do they actually mean the Couchbase N1QL HTTP function, then explain what the difference is.
