[CX] Re-Point DCP Client to The SDK

    Description

      Currently, We changed the DCP Client to use a fork of the SDK DCP Client. This was done to quickly fix bugs and add functionality.

      This is only temporary to enable us to have specific requirements before switching back to the improved DCP Client.
