[Spock UI] : Create Bucket dialog -> Auto-compaction : No validation for blank value for Metadata Purge Interval

On the new Spock UI, on the dialog for Add bucket, under Auto-compaction, a blank value is allowed for Metadata Purge Interval. The bucket gets created. On the old UI, this case was validated and there was a validation error - metadata purge interval must be a number.
