[UI] There is a gap between vertical line and moving graph line

    Description

      Install Couchbase Server 5.0.0-1947 and 5.0.0-1957. 

      Create default bucket and travel-sample bucket.

      I see a gap in the graph between vertical line and moving line.

      I am not sure we want to let it be like that or a bug.

      Show in capture images.

      This is one node cluster.  So there should not be any issue with time sync or not.
