Tracking additional metrics for performance and monitoring

As a part of our performance monitoring dashboard we should be tracking the following:

a. GoLang garbage collection, Pauses, time taken etc. (Indexing, Querying, FTS, GoXDCR)

b. Backfills / Index

c. CBAS - Garbage collection

GC is something that materially impacts the performance for some of the resource intensive components.

e.g Running an large complex query with large number of scans/aggregations.

Going and looking at the logs in not practical all the time to figure out what was happening a point in time. Would be valuable to have the metrics on the dashboard along with the other metrics we monitor
