Web UI does not have security tab on Mac

    Description

      With the latest spock build, the security tab in the UI has vanished on Mac.

      With local users now available, security tab should be available on all platforms — but on Windows and Mac (users should not be able to create users with LDAP). But internally managed users should be allowed.
