Description
We have historically not run ep-engine's unit tests on Windows (they are skipped). I just tried running them and found a number of failures - see http://cv.jenkins.couchbase.com/view/Commit%20Validation/view/ep-engine/job/daver-ep-engine-gerrit-master/label=windows/1/console
(Note this is a copy of the standard Jenkins job which removes the SKIP_UNIT_TESTS=1 env var).
We need to analyse these failures and make the necessary fixes so they pass (the same as Linux).
